
We have a large Conference Room
available for hire by outside
groups and organisations.
The Catherine Cookson Conference Room
can accommodate up to 50 delegates in
a variety of room layouts, ie: cinema,
conference table, small groups or any
layout to suit.
The room is equipped with multi-media
player, overhead projector, screen,
television, video and DVD player. Flip
charts, Easels and Whiteboards are
also available.
The room can be booked on a half or
full day basis.
The charges are:
Half day (9am-12am) £ 50.00
Half day (1pm-5pm) £ 50.00
Full day (9am-5pm) £100.00
Please enquire for charges of Evening
and Weekend bookings.
Negotiated prices are available on
long term hires. Smaller rooms may be
available at an hourly charge.
Buffet lunches can be provided when
hiring the Conference Room. Crèche
facilities may also be arranged for
any
booking.
We also have a small IT Training Room
that can be hired for the same charges
as our Conference Room.
